Polite, Food isn't ALWAYS fresh but it is good - Store could use some cleaning!

I went to the drive through ordered a $20 fill up, I waited 30 minutes in line ( was about to drive up the curb to leave) when it got to me in like it was another 5 minutes till a worker came up to me. When I got home there was no silverware no ketchup missing my biscuits, y'all better check your bag before you leave :)

This one only one left in Rockford that has a Long Johns attach to it. It's the best tasting one. They didn't rebuild the long johns in mcChennsy park

Everyone was very friendly! After they took my order they had realized they didn't have anymore potato wedges in stock so they offered to replace it with something else. I said that I would just like a refund for the wedges. The manager explained the situation and apologized several times. She told the others assisting with the refund to refund the entire meal but still give me the meal. I was getting dinner for a family of 6 so the price was high. I told her she didn't have to do that, but she insisted. While waiting the half hour for the fresh chicken, they offered free drinks and cookies while we waited. Never have I EVER been to a fast food restaurant with such excellent service!!! Thank you to everyone!!!

I was asked if I wanted to wait for "original recipe" or take "extra crispy" as a substitute and was told it was a 13 minute wait. I chose to wait and 13 minutes later the shift manager brought it to my car. I was offered a free fountain drink, which I declined. STILL the best coleslaw in town.
