I went to the drive through ordered a $20 fill up, I waited 30 minutes in line ( was about to drive up the curb to leave) when it got to me in like it was another 5 minutes till a worker came up to me. When I got home there was no silverware no ketchup missing my biscuits, y'all better check your bag before you leave :)

Everyone was very friendly! After they took my order they had realized they didn't have anymore potato wedges in stock so they offered to replace it with something else. I said that I would just like a refund for the wedges. The manager explained the situation and apologized several times. She told the others assisting with the refund to refund the entire meal but still give me the meal. I was getting dinner for a family of 6 so the price was high. I was asked if I wanted to wait for "original recipe" or take "extra crispy" as a substitute and was told it was a 13 minute wait. I chose to wait and 13 minutes later the shift manager brought it to my car. I was offered a free fountain drink, which I declined. STILL the best coleslaw in town.
