Went here with my daughter today for the first time and the ice cream and corn was good, but the customer service wasn’t. The older woman seemed annoyed that my daughter wasn’t sure what she wanted, than a younger woman came out and didn’t greet us, just watched us as if we didn’t belong there. Once they served us our ice cream they didn’t say anything, I then asked where do I pay and they both didn’t say anything, therefore I handed the young girl my card and she took my payment and still didn’t speak. Won’t be back off the simple fact that the vibe was off! Just bad energy, hopefully the customer service improves.

Great selection of ice cream. I had a really nice banana split. I noticed a variety of frozen fruit juice bars. The people were really nice, too.

I came here on opening day. Aside from missing a few items on the menu being ready to buy, I had great service and (even better) hand-made ice cream. They had about a dozen flavors from which to choose, and (having tried almost all of them) it was difficult to select just one to be scooped. If you don't feel like driving all the way up to Dairy Haus in Rockton, Kimberly's is a great choice, with plenty of comparable flavors and quality (minus the long drive). I really enjoyed their pistachio and their pine nut flavors! Also on the menu-cheesecake, chocolate-covered strawberries, palatas (ice cream on a stick), agua fresca, panini, and coffee. I'll definitely return!
