Went to Marc's Fusion for the first time last night and I was literally blown away by the food. Everything we ordered was beyond spectacular. The seafood was some of the best I've ever had, "Yellow Fin Tuna" was off the charts good. Calamari was the to die for, and the fried rice was amazing. I had lost faith that Rockford had any decent restaurants left, but this little gem was absolutely beyond my comprehension.
Visited for the very first time yesterday. I.m so mad I didn't try this place sooner. Atmosphere was great. Food was fantastic, best tempura I.ve ever had. Portions were huge. Amanda was our server, super friendly, very attentive and had spot on recommendations. Can t wait to go back
Service was good and they were able to fit a table of three quickly at 6pm on a Saturday.I was recommended this place by a friend, who happens to be a cook for a bar. We ordered smoked salmon, rainbow, california, and Marc’s Fusion rolls—combining avocado, cilantro, tuna, and cheese maybe. Not bad, but kind of sloppy.
