It’s too stupid that I’ve been here for more than 30 minutes and the morning employees are talking to each other and none of them take the trouble to make my order, they should solve it, the employee’s name is Bryanna😒🙄🙄🙄

In line 20 minutes called 5 times before they answered only 2 people working i said the owner should hire more people very sad you understaffed then the lady 3.57 pm hangs up on you how professional

The manager was very nice and they work efficiently. My fries took longer than expected but he let me know the situation right away. I don’t mind the wait especially since they have the monopoly promotion going on and is crazy busy. I’m glad to see a manager who is great at communication

Check your drinks! When my food gor delivered in a sealed bag, my orange juice had a fruit fly floating at the top, that is absolutely disgusting and really makes you wonder what else is hiding there

All my Oder was stale ! The fries the nuggets the cheeseburgers were cold ! Why i didn’t ask for free food I paid for it and then I call them and no answer!! Smdh

Bait and switch…. Orange juice I ordered was watered down. The only solution that was offered to me was another drink. They gladly gave me a dollar soda with no refund of the up charge of the large orange juice I ordered. I was told by the drive-through employee that I could wait for the orange juice, but not given an idea of the timeframe that it would take. When I asked for a refund to the up charge, she insisted that this was the only way this could be resolved was to take the soda. Service was terrible. Tried to call the store manager after leaving, it went to voicemail with no return call. This McDonald’s is owned by one owner and owns many in Northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. I will no longer be going to McDonald’s that this owner has because of this.

Asked employee to take our order. He refused and insisted on our using the kiosk instead. He was rude and gave his back to us and ignored us. We just left. Bad attitude and unhelpful. Needs to learn how to say please, excuse me, and sorry.

Drive-thru closes at 11:00 pm. Went there shortly before 10:00 pm. No one would answer the intercom. The employee(s) were hiding out so they wouldn't have to fill orders. Left and went to a different McDonald's. This was Memorial Day Monday.
