THEY GAVE ME A PINK BURGER EVEN THOUGH THEIR STOVES ARE TIMED. I come here very often. The morning shift is ALWAYS helpful, but since the bald man with tattoos started working nights these past few months, I have had to come back countless times to get my food remade. Tonight, I ordered a #3 sub mac sauce. My roommate had another #3. When I went to eat my burger I took a bite and luckily before I chewed I saw how bright pink everything except the outside was. I asked for my money back as it could’ve made me sick, and the man told me he encourages me to call “corporate” which, this is a franchise location, so…. But I very very rarely complain at fast food as long as things get taken care of. We all make mistakes, but there is no reason to refuse to give me my money back when you could’ve made me sick as a dog.

I took my son and his friends there for happy meals. There were 9 kids and 3 adults. I asked to order at the counter instead of the kiosk because the kiosks are SO slow. I was told no. I had to beg for someone to take our order. The lady who finally took our order was very quick and helpful and even brought the food to our table. But why do I have to beg to get someone to take my order JUST because I came inside? I assume it's because they don't want you coming inside.
There are no napkins, ketchup, salt, or utensils out. 3 of the drinks were out

This Hispanic woman has a very nasty demeanor. She short. Drives a red Chevy . Black pants dress shirt. It was raining and she lied on a woman who was there with her child . Call the cops said the lady was being “rude”. The lady never even spoke a word the entire time . She was to herself the entire time. If she wanted her gone she could’ve just told her to leave but she called the cops and made a seen. Even went as far as to lie and say her child fell and was “crying all day” the lady wasn’t even there more than 30 mins ! I will be contacting the broad .
$9.97 for steak bagel & hash browns. Had to assemble the sandwich myself.

There was mold on my breakfast burrito tortilla. The front clerk was very nice and apologizing. The Hispanic manager in the other hand had on black pants and a dress shirt was very rude.She did not even look at me. From the beginning of my drive through order, she was not welcoming, she had the head set on, she has a strong accent. She was short and rude upon taking my order. As if I owed her something. The lady Debbie who took my payment was absolutely wonderful. It starts with management. Don't forget where you started.

I'm out of that drive through in less than 5 minutes even with a line. Its the fastest mcdonalds I've ever been too and the food is very good as well. The morning crew is amazing!

The staff has a "we cant be bothered" feel. They always have cold food. Today they put our fries in UPSIDE DOWN meaning they were all over the bag.
The chicken nuggets were rock hard and ice cold.
The soda was flat and tasteless. (To be fair, before i have seen them pour soda from a coffee carafe, and at the time i just thought their machine might have been broken. But that was like a year ago or so, and I decided to try them again today giving them a benefit of the doubt.) Theres no reason why their machine is still broken.
This branch needs to get their crap together, might even need a HQ person to come down and sort things out. (While you are here, check on all locations in rockford cause they all are crap pretty much. I can not think of a good location IN TOWN. Outside of town, sure, there are good ones. But who wants to travel all the time OUTSIDE of town?)
