Whenever I go to Rockford, I make a point of stopping at Mr. C's if possible. Their food is always delicious. The staff is helpful and always has a smile. I also appreciate how they take extra care of veterans even though I am not one. Keep up the great work Mr. C's!
Rockford's best fried chicken! Homemade mashed potatoes. Delicious cole slaw. Great Texas toast. Excellent customer service. A bit of a drive for us, but we will definitely be back. Great customer service. Wish there was a way to pre-order on web site.
The cornbread was super moist and to die for and the chili was very yummy, too. The portions were good and the prices were great.
This was our first visit and we will be back to try other menu items, as 95% of the menu appealed to us. Can't wait to try the gumbo, the beef ribs, and the fried chicken, to name just a few items.
