My goodness. I really wanted my date's burger, it looked yummy. And he was kind enough to let me have a bite lol. And the platypus cocktail is so yummy!! It was perfectly made, I had 2 of those. The service was lovely. I was happy with my coconut shrimp. My green beans were perfect, seasoned perfectly. The baked potato soup was scrumtpious! We can't wait to come back !

Top management! Servers and other staff members are professional,attentive and courteous! This restaurant as a part of a chain is at the top. It's all hands on deck when it comes to taking care of their customers! And I saw first hand that the head manager took care of customers by correcting an issue by offering an appetizer free of charge. That is going above and beyond!

Terrible service from server (Kiley). Took 20 minutes after getting to our table to get our order taken. We had to ask TWO different people for our server within that time. Over all took about 45 minutes after getting our table to get a PORTION of our food. Spent more than an hour in this restaurant. I definitely recommend people to start asking for the check and to go boxes as soon as they bring out the food. In addition, there was another guy in the same section that waited about 20 minutes to get checked out from the same server. Overall poor service. Don’t recommend. Ask for food/drinks right away. Even then there is going to be a long wait for the food.

I was visiting friends in the area, and I have always enjoyed Outback. There isn't one near where I live. We had a new server named Patrick. He did an excellent job and wanted to make my daughter with autism was happy. He did great, but the steaks were very low quality. Tough to cut through and chew. We sent one back as it was inedible. I have never had this issue at an Outback before.
Very polite staff food was made the way you ask for it. Establishment is clean.

I just went today with my husband and ordered the same thing we always order. OMG I COULD PUKE! $8 French onion soup is served in a very small CUP! Usually we had a deep looking oven type bowl with melting cheese over it. NOPE, we were served a cup and the bread took all the bowl… FOR $8! Damn I wish I took pictures. The we had the Blooming Blossom and it was half the size of the plate ! It is always at least the plate size and for $ 10.99! Then, we ordered the blooming blossom chicken at $22 and it was completely the lunch size, but my plate was filled with fries! I bet that didn’t cost much! Never again! All I order is a baked potato and stemmed vegetables because I share the chicken with my husband. He didn’t have enough chicken this time. I am so pissed and my bill with the tip was $102. I am disappointed and wondering why all Outback’s are closing. You might as well just call it a day and close!!!
