We visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We clearly mentioned that my mom has a lemon allergy, yet her plate was served with lemon on it. When we brought this to their attention, they took the plate back, but it took another 15 minutes before we received any food.
What made the situation worse is that the manager never came over to apologize or address the issue, and despite our efforts to reach out afterward, no one has called us back.
This kind of disregard for food allergies and poor customer service is unacceptable. We will not be returning.

The server provided exceptional service. Despite the restaurant being out of my preferred steak and dessert selections, he demonstrated excellent customer service skills, maintaining a pleasant demeanor and exhibiting thorough menu knowledge. His performance warrants commendation.

I’m a big fan of Outback Steakhouse and have visited many locations, even in different countries, but this one did not meet the usual standard. The service was slow, and there was a long wait despite the restaurant not being full. The brown bread was as good as expected, but the food was average, and the mashed potatoes were disappointing. The highlight of the meal was the dessert, the famous chocolate thunder.

We go here at least once a year. Get the blooming onion! As expected the food was great. My husband was a little disappointed that his go to menu item, was not there any longer. He always got BBQ ribs and a BBQ chicken breast.

The Manager is also the Chef in this case , he went out of his way to take care of me … just had my teeth removed… cut my chicken specifically so I could eat it and made my potatoes specifically for a person with my condition…. Never could’ve gotten this service any place else…. 5 stars isn’t enough for this man and this restaurant… thanks to all ….

Great service from Kelsey but poorly managed. Two servers with a fairly busy lunch crowd. The manager should be visible in the dining room helping with drinks and cleaning tables. Food was excellent but feel bad for Kelsey and Josh. Management needs to step up and help out or schedule another server or two.

I was really disappointed this time. I had to send the onion appetizer back because it looked burnt, smelled burnt. The breading immediately fell off and was dark brown, very crispy. They offered a new one and it was pretty much the same. The lavender lemonade was really tasty. I ordered a burger. I didn't finish it. I brought it home for my dog.

Our food was greasy/oily and the forest brown bread that was brought out to us had a black hair on it and the coke disorder was broken. They did bring us a new bread pretty fast. Our server was really good and very attentive.
