I was on my way to work and decided to stop to get a drink from here. There was TWO cars in line in front of me and they already ordered so I thought it would be fast, I was in line for 30 minutes after they took my order and never received my order because I had to pull off because it was taking so long.

Used to love this place . I’m not sure what happened . They weren’t so great the last two times and I’m not risking it a 3rd time. They must’ve had someone new in the kitchen cause what I regularly get wasn’t up to part at all those last two times

just wanted to leave a good review after I saw a worker get yelled at by a customer who was mad because she was taking her break and apparently this woman thought she was heckling her? idk but I hope that the worker doesn't let that experience get her down.

It was my first time. Food looks like good, especially the bread (baguette). I am from Europe.. We eat bread not sandwich bread for everything... Toast st breakfast... For lunch ... For dinner...anyway ... I was looking for pain au chocolate and croissant but they were sold out. I cannot rate food and service. I will be back one early morning. Just to try the pricy pain au chocolate and croissant.

I've been trying to call the Rockford, IL store for the last 1/2 hour. No one picks up. If the restaurant is open until 10 PM and it is 4:45 PM, why doesn't anyone pick up the phone?
