Good food good people
Great experience. The food is always phenomenal, but the service was even better. Hannah went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of, even offering to wrap up our sandwiches to go. Very nice, will be returning!

This place is bad. There’s a reason it always looks empty. Honestly might be a front. Ordered two sandwiches and the “famous” cheese bread. It was one of the worst cold cut sandwiches I have ever had. Weird moist bread with horrible quality meat, a craft single and iceberg lettuce that looked like it came from a Walmart salad kit.
Just depressing food.
Won’t go again.

Honestly, I used to love paninos but the last year or 2 it has been so disappointing. idk why they get more and more expensive but cheaper and cheaper about what they give you. I ordered a side of mostacholi and I got like the smallest amount of sauce ever. Basically was a cup of dry noodles. Like thanks could have bought a box for $1. Then I don’t like many toppings on my side salad so you would think they’d maybe throw in a little more cheap lettuce since I’m not getting toppings? Noo never. Not this place. I’m just over it. After 20 years I will def eat elsewhere from now on.

Normally I would recommend this place. However, the last 2 times I have been here my soup bowl has been just barely half full. The first time, I let it go...figured it was a fluke. But, went again today and the same thing. I called to say I was disappointed as I pay $5.50 for a bowl and it should be full. The young gal who answered the phone informed me they are under new ownership and have lessened the proportions! Likely have lost my business now. It's a shame!
The California sub is awesome!

SMALL PORTIONS, HIGH COSTS: Been going here since I was kid. The bread is really good… for about a day then it turns into an inedible rock. The only reason I’m leaving a review is because the price to food ratio being insanely far off what you’re getting here. I don’t think it used to be this bad. I ordered two Alfredo cheese tortellini, one panino sandwich, and a medium drink, it was almost $40!! The tortellini while good, is a very small portion more like a side with a low cost for the restaurant making it, it’s not worth the price they want ($10+) unless they increase the portion by about 50%. The panino sandwich, also good but has really cheap ingredients (American cheese slices, ham, salami, SOME lettuce scattered on the top) they want more than $10 for that too. Getting too pricy for what it is, I could go to a nicer Italian place and feed two people for a similar cost. Hope they can figure it out though, because I do like coming here now and then.

I was in town after moving away & the Italian beef sandwich is still great. The service was lacking. I liked it better as a fast food place than sit-down restaurant.

First time here. Tried the pepperoni panizza, bread wasn't cooked, whole thing was soggy. And they gave us mayonnaise??? When I went to the counter to ask if they could cook it more the manager took it personal and refused to give me my money back.
