I heard from the employees from this location that the manger (Hank) is racist. He uses the N word frequently and call the employees derogatory names as well. This establishment should be boycotted and protested against.
I ordered online and they canceled my order half way through. This has happened twice and it is becoming ridiculous! Thy really need to fix the online order system for Rockford University.
I order every week from this location and this is the first time they messed up, they didnt put extra cheese on my pizza, I called the store to make it right and the manager I spoke to tried to say she personally put the extra cheese on it after she said that they had been really busy,refused to believe that there was not extra cheese on it,she also stated that pepperoni goes in the middle on pizzas with extra cheese and my pizza has pepperoni on top not the middle.
