Horrible experience tonight. Ordered food thru the app. Door dash driver brings food but no soda. When asked, he responds with “sorry not my problem”. So I call the manager and he says “sorry I’ll have it right out to you and I’ll send free garlic knots with it”.
At this point i was annoyed but thought it would be ok… 45 minutes later I call back and the manager (a different one) says “I don’t know why he would promise that. We don’t have a driver to send...read full review
