Wonderful little spot, the pho was delicious, polite and courteous service. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything tasted so good— a very satisfying meal— we are happy customers :)

Hidden gem in the Rockford area. Fantastic pho and great spring rolls. Do not bother with the Bahn mi, they're just OK. All the pho are stellar! And the appetizers are really good. Some of the rice dishes are good, some are just ok. Use your discretion, but I advise anything that cross uses the ingredients in the Pho. The service is slow, so come with plenty of time. If you're ordering to go, they pack it nicely with the liquid separate from the noodles.

Had lunch there today. Ordered Pho with beef & meatballs. Pho was served without meatballs, so I had to ask for them & they were brought to me. Then, as I was eating the fresh sprouts, a tiny fly emerged from the sprouts & was crawling all over the sprouts
& the plate. Called the waitress over to see the fly. She saw it & walked away.
As I was preparing to leave, I asked what they were going to do about the fly. The owner cook said they were going to do nothing because he wasn't responsible or at fault for the fly being in my food. I told him that I shouldn't have to pay for the meal. He told the waitress to call the police. He was rude & made reference to my paying for my meal with " your American dollars". I told him he could at least apologize fo
r the fly being in my food. He refused. Can't recommend this restaurant if he won't back up the safety of his food & the lousy customer service. If you eat there, check the food for insects.

Absolutely amazing food. The Pho is amazing, I highly recommend every kind, the seafood one is my favorite. Hands down the best fried rice in the entire city. Every other fried rice in the Rockford area pales in comparison. The little sausages they put in the fried rice really takes it to the next level.

Ordered beef pho and bun bo hue (hot and spicy soup).. I'm really picky when it comes to pho spots. My family has many Vietnamese restaurants and I have to say. I recommend this place.

I hate to leave a bad review of this place because the person I went here with enjoys it, but I got food poisoning for about 2 days after eating here. I ordered option R7 and the person I was with got the W1. I'm pretty certain it was my food, but the aftermath was horrible. I puked 3 times the next day and had diarrhea no exaggeration at least 50 times over the 2 days. I have trouble saying I would ever go here again.

I think this place is really really good, it compares to many of the other places closer to the Chicagoland area-The food out in Rockford is absolutely trash, and the people that eat the garbage don't understand how bad the food really is, this place is A-

Amazing pho! Asked for spicy and wow it was perfect. I love a lot of heat so to me it was amazing. My hubby tried it and needed a fire extinguisher... lol.
Update: they will not make it spicy when asked they just point to the condiments on the table. They run out of things very frequently and you can not serve pho without basil or sprouts. Those are main ingredients. Last time I was in I had to leave 😪. I can not eat pho without those or hot oil and peppers.

I've been here quite a few times over the years. They have the best spring rolls, the sauce that comes with them is awesome.
But lately, the Pho has been bland. It's sort of disappointing.
The sandwiches are good. The Vietnamese coffee is fantastic.
The service is wonderful. It's just the pho that doesn't hit the spot like it use to.
