Cmon this is PORTILLOS were talking about here, there LEGENDS in the food business. Like them or hate em, you have to give them there dues. They have a full house, everyday, most of the day, with very few complaints. If someone complains it's typically about service not the food. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK PORTILLOS, especially those BEEF SANDWICHES those hit home with me, the very thing that reminds me of Grandma's house in Roseland late 70s early 80s just love em!!!!!!Thanks...

Italian beefs were good, but they forgot the peppers. We had to chase down 2 people to get iced tea because it was empty. Tables were sticky. All plastic silverware bins were empty, napkins were empty, and employees were arguing about whose job it was to fill everything. It was also really noisy.

Awesome place to enjoy some time with family over fun food! I can't say anything was healthy, but it was sure good! Cake shakes?!?!?! Italian beef with hot peppers! Yes, please! Super welcoming, fun, family-friendly atmosphere. The service was top-notch for us newbies who were trying to figure out what to order.
