Great place to eat a little on the expensive side but it was delicious. I had the half rack of ribs with fries and mashed potatoes. It was worth getting. I wanted one of their burgers but that was a little out of my price range.They had a deal on the ribs though for $9 a half rack so I got that instead.

8:15a.m. Fri. April 19, 2024. I am new to Rockford, IL. I had the 6 Chicken Wings. I also ordered the Pulled Pork Nachos. The Chicken Wings tasted old, dry & stale. The Pulled Pork on the bed of Nachos was dry & a bit hard to chew. My Server, Alex, was the highlight of my visit to Smokey Bones Rockford.

Great food, great service. Had the brisket grilled cheese as did my son and it was excellent. My only complaint was the music was so loud you couldn't hear the person sitting next to you.
