The service here was the most unfriendly and slow I've ever had a Starbucks. They were not busy.

One of the better starbucks in the area. Always consistent and never have to wait to long to receive my food or drinks. Most of the encounters with employees are always good. I much prefer this location over any other ones in the city where wait times can be horrendous.

Super rude. Placed an order for pick up through the drive thru and the blonde older girl working the window gave me attitude. Like it's literally the same thing as placing it right then and there... the. She was rude at the window for pick up. There was purple lipstick on my lid. So I went in and asked for a remake. The girl making the drinks was wearing a colored lipstick.... she remade it but the cup was super sticky and had syrup all over it. Like she was mad she had to re make it... this location is a joke, the workers are beyond rude & it's nasty. How did purple lipstick get on my lid? Clearly not following food safety protocols. She had to of touched/ wiped her mouth before putting the lid on. We all have jobs. We all have to work. If you're not happy where you're at, then find another job. That's literally the worst location I have ever experienced in my life.

I recently visited a Starbucks location during an incredibly busy time when the store was flooded with customers. Despite the overwhelming number of people, the entire team remained calm, efficient, and incredibly polite to everyone. They were clearly working hard to serve each customer quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. It was impressive to see how well they handled the rush, ensuring that every order was accurate and served with a smile. Kudos to the team for their exceptional service under pressure!
