“Best Subway I have ever been to. Exceeds all expectations on quality, friendliness and cleanliness. There was a mixup on one of my orders that was my own mistake and they went out of their way to ensure things were done right for me. Left a really good impression on me and I will be going back. <3“

“I started going to the subway about a month ago and I must say it has been the best experience I've gatton from any Subway restaurant. The manager was very nice and she even remembered my order I truly enjoy shopping at that restaurant.

“Surprisingly solid for a Subway. My sandwich actually looked like the ad — which, let’s be real, is a small miracle. The staff was cool, didn’t act like I was asking for the moon when I said “extra pickles,” and actually seemed to care that my order made sense.

The place was clean, bread was fresh, and they didn’t give me that sad handful of lettuce that screams “I hate my job.” Only downside? It took a minute — but hey, if a little extra time means I get a sandwich that doesn’t look like it survived a car crash, I’ll take it.“

“I had an issue with my sandwich made by one of the workers, but Gi'anni was extremely accommodating and helpful with resolving the matter. She was very understanding and ensured that I left satisfied. Top tier employee, wishing her the absolute best!!!“

“Very clean dining room and the staff is very friendly. They have a great deal with the sandwich of the day meal deal right now and if you don't like it the way it's originally made no problem just get it and make it the way you want it ❤️

“Went to the Subway on Charlesstreet and 20th stood there for 5 minutes no one said hello or offer to take my order 1 person was making sandwiches that others won't just stand in there wiping down a thing no 1 said anything so I walked out I guess they didn't feel like waiting on me ? So I went to the 1 on East State next to Wendy's food was superb got served right away and my $40 that I spent there was well worth it Under new management and take all coupons.“

“Normally order my same order, but wanted something different.the lady at the counter Jasmin suggested chicken teriyaki. The food was WONDERFUL. The meat was warm n ready, jasmine helped me with any questions and had a bright smile to share. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this spot!

“I'm not a super fan of Subway but the 1 crew person holding down the restaurant tonight did a Rockstar job! Nice and pleasant with the ability to help multiple people at once. To my surprise he even apologized for... wait for it.... he apologized for not cutting my footlong in perfect halves :) "I'm sorry the two sandwiches aren't quite equal in size" . My suggestion to the owner or manager of this Subway is- keep this kid employed!!“

“Its pretty cool place. Go here for my lunch breaks, pizza pretty good. 6.59$ combo for a pizza and a small drink. Pretty pricey for a small pizza but its not as if you are gonna be able to eat a fully sized one in an hour.Menu not the best best, but then its the fault of the corporation not the employees working there. They nice, figuratively and literally.“

“Hit or miss lately because of newly hired staff...this location has never been busy when I've gone (usually just me) so it's hard for me to understand why an employee can't get a sandwich correct when reading from a monitor. Prior to new staff I was always happy going here.“

Parking: There is so many holes and rocks everywhere in this parking lot I'm pretty sure someone in a wheelchair would have a very difficult time getting around without getting stuck or needing some assistance“
