Normally we have the best experience at this location which is why we travel to get to it. But this time, We waited forever for our food and we watched the manager who was making our food have his hands in his pockets, take a phone call, and sit there on a little stool to the side all while wearing the same gloves never taking them off to wash his hands.

They always act like they don't know how to make stuff here. The cheese roll ups they didn't put cheese in but a sprinkle and they don't fill the side of rice up. This is the worst one as far as how they make your food so lazy.

The customer service here is an actual joke. I ordered through the mobile app on 9/30 for dinner, got my bag and drove all the way home to Machesney Park just to realize I got somebody else’s order entirely. A different name on the bag and all. Instead of driving all the way across town, I attempted to call and asked for a refund. I first spoke to the young guy who was at the window originally and gave me the wrong order. I explained what happened and he said ABSOLUTELY nothing, ignored me and handed me off to the next person. I then spoke to a lady (I’m assuming manager?) where I repeated myself. She was nice and explained their policy was to take my name so I can get a replacement meal another time. I accepted that with patience and got off the phone. I go THE NEXT DAY for my meal and this VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE old man, was unnecessarily rude about the situation. He consistently made it seem like I was lying or that I was dumb. He also completely disregarded said “policy” and asked me a bunch of questions about my meal and the visit the night before just so I could get my food. When I get my bag, there’s no apology or anything he just slams the window in my face without giving me my drink. I had to wave him down just to get my drink, where he again was going to give me the wrong drink. I don’t know if it was to be a jerk or just genuinely doesn’t care about he is doing. As someone who worked as a manager in the food industry for 8 years, in what universe do you blame a customer for YOU messing up their food? Just sad. I will never be going to this location again.

this taco bell closes at 3am and fed me the best tacos ever at 252am. vickie and grayson deserve a raise this place had a line out of the parking lot yet they were quick and accurate with all of the orders. 10/10 best tacos i have ever eaten

Lady was rude at the intercom. I wasn't sure what my name was on the app and gave her a couple ways it could be in there. She was snapping at me short like she was irritated. One of the burritos had a huge hole in it. Not the best experience. I wouldn't return to this location because of it. If I wanted attitude I would have ordered it.

I understand what city we're in but can we try to maybe hire people with some actual maturity and mental stability so my lunch break isnt spent listening to people bicker while i still dont get my food because people were too busy arguing to do their jobs. Cool guys

Absolutely the worst experience at any Taco Bell I have ever been to.

I got the 9$ cheesy chalupa box. The lady taking my order didn't tell me my order total, and didn't ask me if I wanted any taco sauce.

The food I got was abysmal. Between 2 chalupas I counted 6 TINY PIECES OF STEAK. The chips had NO salt AT ALL on them. The only thing that I ate from my order was the Baja Blast and the cheesy bean and rice burrito, that barely had any sauce in it and nacho cheese only at 1 end of the burrito.

At least now I know to only go to the taco bell in machesney park from now on.
