Shakes are damn near flavored water took over an hour after ordering food from the burger den for them to give me cold food, I understand delivery will make it slightly cold but not like this smh

I had DoorDash food. My Dasher waited 15 minutes After my order was put in 15 minutes later Dasher ended up leaving because the food wasn’t even ready so I called the store four times. Nobody picks up. Terrible place and every other time I’ve ordered order is always wrong

Very bad beef brisket with Mac and cheese. Stay away from it! Burnt with mostly cheese no noodles! Totally unlike the menu picture!

Edit: Burger Den is Denny's.Brianna Hardy was one of the best servers we have ever had. Her energy was unmatched. We never had to wait for anything. Thanks so much, you guys rock.

I called and they picked up the phone saying Dennys. (Disappointed from the beginning). However the guy said he could take orders for Burger Den on his system. After reluctantly placing my order I started to leave my hotel room for pick up. 5 min later I receive a call from a lady very abruptly saying they are closed and they are not cooking my order. Confused I asked if they were a 24 hours restaurant. She replied "no that's south beloit". Super weird and this ad should be flagged for false advertisement.
