Food is good for the price. The beer nuggets and breaded cauliflower are nice sized portions and delicious! They're open late which is a plus but normally busy so it's usually longer wait times than estimated.

I am frequent customer of Vinny’s! Ordered a pizza last week & once I got home it was BURNT! I immediately reached out to them & the Manager stated he will give me a $10 credit. I expressed that I paid, $18 for the pizza and would like a full credit! As of today I still have not heard from a manager after numerous attempts.

Vinny's is our favorite pizza joint to go too. It's a 40-minute round trip. we always had good food.but last night was not so good. we got home and our pizza was burnt all the way around the edges where you could not eat the crust at all so we pretty much ate the inside of the pizza and through the rest out . The sad part is you know they noticed it when they took it out of the oven but they just put it in the box and give it to us anyway. That is just a big turn off on their service.

Stromboli isn’t even Stromboli it looks like a folded mattress. Maybe look up some pictures of Stromboli and figure it out. Pizza is burnt. The cod is downright awful and overcooked in old grease because they’re so dark you can tell these cheapskates don’t change their grease. The chicken tenders are the thinnest driest things you’ve ever seen. Stay away from these crooks.

Idk if it's the lazy ass staff members answering the phone or the cooks.. maybe they not getting the message from the front.. but everytime I call they aren't happy to answer the phone... ever. I asked for my pizza well done EVERYTIME!!!!! & everytime it isn't well done. At all. Cheese isn't melted. Look very uncooked. I don't understand how you can't burn the cheese a bit.. just a tad. I understand it's just pizza but damn. This place is falling off. From the size of the store to the ppl answering the phone... not happy.

We've ordered from here around 30 times. Our favorite place; one bad experience ruined it. We ordered pizza for a party we were having and ordered chicken strip meals with fries, we never got the fries. Proceeded to demean me and tell me they sent the fries. The chicken strips came in a small folded bag on the pizza with no fries. Kids disappointed but that's okay, customer service sucked!
