I ordered from them, have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, today they gave me the wrong order, i called to express my concern and i was met with rude and unprofessional customer who hung up on me twice all i was requesting was to simply get my order replaced for the next time i ordered, since i cant go out today and get it like they asked, i said if you can deliver it to me i will take it but was told no and the best they could do was give me 50% off since i had already...read full review
Got the Italian Beef Stuffed Pizza and it only had a few pieces of beef on the whole large pizza. Called and talked to the manager he wouldnt refund the order but was willing to make another pizza and take back the one I have. That was the first time I had Vinny’s Pizza and it will be the last. No pizza place should ever send out a pizza like that with only a few pieces of meat.
I just moved in the area heard it was very good 😊 they are amazing thank you!! this is now my go to can't wait to try their other food thank you!!
