Wired is a great, great downtown Rockford spot who roast their own beans, and make some really excellent coffee. The staff are friendly and appreciative of your business. Definitely make a stop by here!
I took my mom here this morning, it was her first time. I had to leave before she did, but she called me and said Matt and Josh helped her get her things on the bus when it came to get her. She has very poor vision so it means so much to me that they did that. They walk around and chat with all the patrons. The BEST customer service we’ve ever had. And the coffee was amazing as always.
I don't usually do reviews, but the homemade biscuits and gravy were hands down the best I've had. Service was not overbearing but was attentive and you could tell that the server cared and enjoyed his job, and he was very charismatic.the barista was sweet and made me feel comfortable even with how full the place was( I get a bit of social anxiety). The seating is set up where there's one or two solo tables for introverts and some bigger tables that help you engage...
