“Love, love, love this place! After a long time, Teriyaki Madness has finally reopened! Long thought to be gone for good they opened just this past weekend and the food is just as good as ever.

Fresh, hot and hella delicious. Can't recommend the Spicy Chicken bowl with rice n veggies enough, and be sure to try the chicken potstickers.

The food is also amazing bc it stays true to Korean food fused with fresh veges and both Korean and non Korean based like glass sweet potato noodles or salad or purple or white rice. The flavors are authentic to Korean food items also. Online you can ask for extra of one the free included sides which is nice. The sides are healthful and tastes great. The staff (diverse staff) and manager (who looked Korean to me which is nice to keep authenticity) are always cleaning...authentic to the Korean way of non stop standards of cleanliness. The bathroom is immaculate and non odorous. I got a glass noodle (which is made of sweet potato) base bowl with tofu (cooked perfectly with just right saltiness, broccoli, beans, steamed and fried potatoes, red cabbage, corn, kale, and KIMCHI of course! What Korean dish comes without kimchi and it's perfect inside bc I grew up adding kimchi to everything like ramen or pizza or soup. Also FREE miso soup w tofu and scallion. You can serve it yourself anytime. Drinks are creative and yummy. Thank you Mr Shin (owner of this chain) for creating such a great deal with yummy Korean foods that help me eat for balance and wellness. Thank you to the manager of this Des Plains location for doing an excellent job! If I could, I would eat here everyday. You won't be disappointed. “I was delighted to visit this restaurant! The atmosphere is very cozy, with pleasant decor and attentive staff. Every dish I tried was a real masterpiece, from appetizers to dessert. The assortment of kebabs was especially impressive: its taste, presentation and quality of products were at the highest level.

The service was at an excellent level - the waiters are polite, quickly respond to all requests and help with the choice of dishes.

“Dinner | $20–30 Service is very poor here, especially after they hired a new chef who uses garbage ingredients and does not even use the ingredients that is listed on the food description. We ordered the basil Thai rice with chicken after having a good experience the first time with nice large pieces of white meat chicken. Well sadly the second time instead of using chicken, they put a bunch of mushrooms and there are not supposed to be any mushrooms in there and there was not any chicken. So I called and I spoke with Annie, who was supposed to be the manager. She said that I would have my next mail free. So I called today and ordered basil fried rice with chicken. Instead of getting basil fried rice with chicken I got a small container of brown rice plain and then a container of something that looks like ground beef with a few basil, leafs and onion. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had and it was absolutely not basil fried rice. It looked like they ground up chicken organs, and it tasted even worse. I would avoid this place at all cost because clearly they don’t care about quality and service any longer and when they make a big mistake, they double down and make the mistake again and they don’t really care to make things right.“

“The food is great, but they started asking for tips. Yes, exactly to demand, I can't say otherwise. I pay by card and there is no "none" option on the screen. They had no choice. I know what I tip the waiter for, but I don't understand why I tip them here. I took the cutlery and napkins myself, poured myself a drink and cleaned up after myself at the end. Maybe I should start asking for tips too??“

“The Front Desk staff, Mitchell was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and we enjoyed our dinner thanks to the excellent service he provided. The food too was well prepared and tasty. What was disappointing was the extra dine-in 18 percent surcharge over and above other taxes on our bill! Not happy!“
