“I was planning to get something from Taco Bell but decided to try another place in the area and found Authentic Taco. It was a short drive away, and I ordered a Chicken Burrito. The price was reasonable at less than $10 and the portion size was huge. I was able to cut it into 2 parts and have it at different times. The food itself was decent. Not spectacular but not bad either. I don't like a whole lot of rice in the burrito and this one had it, so it had a Chipotle-like feel. The sauces that came with it was good.
Overall: Okay, not bad. If it was a bit closer, I would have gone more regularly.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Orale Mexican Bar & grill and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that immediately transported us to Mexico. The menu offered a wide variety of authentic dishes, each bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We started with the guacamole and chips, which were both incredibly fresh and delicious. For our main course, we tried the chicken enchiladas green sauce and mole sauce and it did not disappoint. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was a delight to the taste buds. The service was also impeccable. Our server Martha, Joel and Carlos were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff seemed genuinely passionate about sharing their love for Mexican cuisine with their customers, which added to the overall ambiance of the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant was lively and inviting, with colorful decor and Mexican music playing in the background. “Stopped by on a whim and was very, very surprised. The outside is quite attractive with an outside eating area. The inside is nice and clean with plenty of seating. We ordered chips and salsa, Pollo with Mole, and the Steak Burrito Fajita. The chips are homemade (as expected) and very good. The chicken in the Pollo with Mole was super tender. The mole was rich. It came with homemade corn tortillas. The Steak Burrito is filled with fajita fillings, so steak, green and red peppers, and onions. The flour tortilla was filled and grilled giving the whole a nice smokey flavor. It was one of the very best burritos I have ever had. Look over my reviews. I have eaten a lot of burritos. They have a creamy salsa verde that is great, a very nice Roja sauce, and a hot sauce that is no joke hot. Our server was great and the whole experience was a great one. Will be back soon.“

“Very good hot dog; they really grill it until it is hot. A "Shroomer" made as a grilled chicken sandwich is good. The burger is good and I have ended up getting a kid's meal last time so that I can try to eat less meat. I am more of a light weight person anyway. The inside of the restaurant could be renovated. They are still in the real old Kooker's building with the same old tile floor that Kooker's restaurant had when I was in high school. It is over 20 years later now. I have been willing to go back to Happy Burger to get meals. The people at the front desk are nice. I do admit, though, sometimes I end up getting a burger for $3 at fast food drive-throughs. Happy Burger (HB) burger tastes more like a fresh made juicy burger when compared to the McDonald's on the other side of the street. HB fries are not bad but could be better because when the HB fries come up and go into a bag, I have found they were a bit wet.Wet fries is a common imperfection with Chicago-style grills.“

Its closer to home and now I don't have to drive all the way to west dundee to go to the original. great food, great service. everything always tastes so fresh and we've never had anything off the menu we didn't love. I can't wait for summer and hopefully they will have outdoor seating!“
