“Everything was great. From the food to the service and even the prices. My husband and I went for Valentines day. We got the V-Day which was a birria pizza n desert for $25. My husband had the ground beef enchilada dinner. We both had a passion fruit margarita. The birria pizza was cooked to perfection. The meat was seasoned, tender, and tasty. The consome was 10 out of 10. My husband said every in the enchiladas dinner was good. The owner and his wife are very friendly. The wife took the order and had a wonderful conversation with us. Food didn't take long to prepare. Great experience will be back soon.“

“I’ve been driving past Taco Boom Truck for what feels like forever, always catching a whiff of grilled meat or seeing a small line of people and thinking, “One day I’ll stop.” Well, I finally did, and man, I should’ve done it way sooner.

It’s a simple setup, parked off the road, colorful, and always smelling amazing. People were hanging out, eating, and the service was quick and friendly. The guy at the window even gave me some salsa tips when I told him it was my first time.

I went with two carne asada tacos. No exaggeration, the meat was so tender and juicy, with this really nice char on the edges. You could taste the seasoning in every bite, nothing overpowering, just that good mix of garlic, citrus, and smoky flavor. The tortillas were warm, soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together (no taco explosions, which is always a win).

The green salsa? Wild. It started off kind of mild, then hit with this spicy, peppery kick that crept up in the best way. It had some creamy avocado vibes too, which made it super addictive. Honestly, I kept dipping even after I ran out of taco.

If you’re in the mood for solid tacos that hit all the right notes, Taco Boom is 100% worth the stop. I already know I’ll be back.“

Decided to order tacos and they were absolutely delicious. We had the carne asada and it was so flavorful. We ordered as a take out order but the presentation was very neat and colorful with garnishes of red pepper, lime and radish. Nice staff also.“

“My family and I traveled to Chicago twice this year and dined at the Asian Cuisine Express both times. The owner, cooks and wait staff were all extremely friendly and made each of our visits a wonderful experience. We ordered Chinese and Japanese food and we also sampled some of their new delicious tacos... everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We live 300 miles away so we ordered a lot of takeout to bring home with us to share with our friends who didn't get to make the trips. Asian Cuisine express will be a regular stop now for us every time we go to Chicago... we highly recommend everyone tries this restaurant and we can't wait until we visit there again. “I’ve been seeing for a while, finally stopped. As you get closer, you can already smell the tacos, so that pulls you in quick. First thing I liked, they actually have a seating area. Didn’t have to stand around eating, which is a big plus for a truck. The people working there were super nice and friendly.

I ordered four tacos, two cabeza and two asada. They came out fast and hot, nice and crispy, and loaded with meat. The cabeza was tender, delicious, soft and full of flavor. But the asada… yeah, that was the one. Tender, juicy, really well seasoned, and you get that slight char that gives it extra flavor.

Then the green salsa… that’s what took it up. Not too spicy, but packed with flavor. It adds this fresh, tangy kick that cuts through the richness of the meat and brings everything together. With the asada, it just works, you get that smoky, savory bite from the meat and then the salsa comes in and brightens it up. Makes you go right back for the next bite.

Simple, but done right. I’d come back for those asada tacos easy.“
