“Surprisingly for a hidden taco joint in a gas station, it’s great. I’ve had the tacos, burritos, and torta. The el pastor burrito is delicious! Their burrito tortilla is not like those thin stretchy flour tortillas, it’s great for burritos. The steak, lengua, and el pastor tacos are good too! The carnita taco is okay, not the best but it’s good. The torta is one of my go to’s. It can be a bit pricy but I think it’s worth it if you have the money to spend lol.“

“Wonderful gem in blue Island .. I always come an hr away.. today I had a situation and wasn't sure if it was cleared that I wanted my pizza a little light, no matter what they fix the problem and I really appreciate the professionalism ....and they went back and did exactly what I asked.. so I really appreciate this place will always get my business Thank you.. yummy 😋“

“This place was so good! My boyfriend, baby, and I came here to dine in yesterday and the food was phenomenal. We were looking for queso barria tacos on google and they showed up. The server was awesome. They didn’t have a kids menu but I asked if they can do rice and eggs for the baby and they did just that he loved his meal as well! The cook even came to talk to us for a bit which I thought was pretty cool…very personalable! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your service 😁“

“This place has amazing tacos de carnitas !!!! The meat was so tender and juicy. No fat on the tacos I had. It’s a 20 min drive from my house in Gary but man it’s worth the drive. I highly recommend. I had 2 tacos de carnitas 1 asada 1 apastor and 1 large agua de Jamaica. Total was $18“

“We came from Texas and the place was excellent. Maria was our bartender and she makes amazing drinks. The Jalapeno Tito's Rita was refreshing. The foid was quick to the table, and the chips and salsa while we waited added the perfect addition to our meal. Everything was priced well“
“We ended up at this place by chance with 6 of us, ranging from teens to a grandma. All of us loved it. The tacos were really delicious. Grandma felt that the guacamole was too salty so the owner came out and apologized, made her a fresh batch to her liking AND removed it from the bill. Both food and service were top notch. The atmosphere was super fun and lively too.“

“I love supporting family owned businesses. Love that this is an option in the area late nights as there’s not many food options nearby. The chicken quesadilla is my favorite and I love how juicy it is!

“I got the taco dinner and the nacho fries. First, the size of the taco dinner is actually really good for the price. I got double rice and no beans because I’m not a fan of refried beans. The nacho fries were HEFTY. I picked up the container and HOLY MOLY! It was A LOT of food! Definitely a great price! Will be ordering again!“

“Bit of a wait which is ok since I am a patient person. Tried the steak tacos, actually very flavorful but fell apart when trying to eat it. Not the best value as I paid 12$ for 2 tacos. Portions are a bit small on the taco but less calories that way. I would give this place a 7/10 has lots of room to improve.“

“I drive 35 mins to get this food - the hot sauce are real good, this time the waitress was a little slower than usual but she was super busy. It is a nice restaurant not that many tables but it’s got a nice vibe. I recommend to ppl all the time. I highly recommend the Mulitas and Al pastor meat. Top notch“

“Best Jerk Chicken I've had, the food is beyond amazing and delicious and their customer service is excellent. Someone greets you when you come in to order or pick up your food. Everything from the Jerk chicken , Jerk chicken Alfredo and all the side dishes are delicious. The food—wonderful. I work nearby and it’s enthralling this place is within walking distance to pick up one their savory hotdogs or fist-full burgers.
It’s clean.
It’s efficient.
It’s delicious.
Most notably the burgers are my personal favorite because of the smoke flavor I’m very bite—10/10–would recommend.
And the customer service is kind and friendly. They offer any deals if you’d want any and they make nothing a hassle. It’s all straightforward and it makes sense.
Come down here if you’re looking for simplicity and eat like you’ve never had food before!“

“This place tacos are little but they are good. The wait time is disgustingly looooonnggg I went through the drive through and I was waiting 25 minutes just for two tacos. People started to pull off. The lady at the window was nasty. No customers service skills what so ever. She wants me to tap my card after waiting dang near 30 mins in the drive through line without confirming my order to me. These bite size tacos isn’t worth it.“
