My friends took me here. The food is flavorful! I have tried PizzaBirria, Diablo Burrito, QuesaBirria, Quesa Boom Special and they are all DELICIOUS! And the Consome love it! 5 STARS. Highly recommended. Best Food Truck
This more than hit the spot! The quesabirrias are so good, the crunch of the tortilla, the tender meat and the cheese are a perfect blend of deliciousness! Add some lime to the consomé and dip your quesabirria or just sip it between bites! I also tried the Taco Boom Especial which is packed with well seasoned meat, frijoles en bola, onion cilantro and a big slice of a banana pepper or Chile güero. Very tasty as well! Definitely coming back...very soon!

Tried their food at a fest last summer and loved it, so I wanted to make a visit here. The food didn't disappoint. Loved the tacos and ramen con birria (Levanton). I appreciated that you can wait comfortably in your car and they call you when your order is ready.
