Been wanting to try. Today we got two pizzas. One the chicken bacon ranch, the second a regular with our favorite toppings. Awesome! The crust is absolutely the best I have ever had. It will be our go to place for pizza. You have got to try it.

815 Pizza is a local pizza joint in Roscoe. The pizza is different than what Anna Maria's used to serve, but it is still very good. The largest size pizza is a 14 inch. The crust is perfect, not too thin and not too thick - it is just right and is light and substantial at the same time. Pizzas have been ready for pick at time given. There is a very casual eating area. Do NOT let the location deter you, they are totally separate from gas station. It is a hidden Roscoe gem. The crust is perfectly cooked with a bit of char, the toppings are fresh, and then there's the CHEESE. Everything is great about the Margherita pizza. The gluten free pizza was very delicious and after telling them about celiac they made sure to cook the pizza on a separate plate and cut it with a separate cutter. The staff is also very friendly and understanding about gluten free aspects. The supreme pizza was actually a supreme work of art. Amazing crispy and chewy crust with a bold flavor. The veggies were fresh and super tasty. This local pizza joint doesn't just make pizza—they forge it with the precision of a master samurai. Every crust is sliced with katana-like accuracy, toppings laid with the discipline of bushido, and each bite delivers the flawless balance of flavor that only decades of honed mastery could achieve.
