Female manager was rude, talking under her breath directed at me due to her error , refused to give her name and I asked her to make it right with no reply. NOT even an apology and no offer to make their error right!
Just leaving the Roscoe, Illinois Burger King. I just have to say how wonderful the employees are! There was a man wandering around outside. It turned out he was a veteran who had Alzheimer’s and was lost. They brought him in, sat him down and made sure he was comfortable and had a television to watch.
