Did a ONLINE order and they messed up our entire order. Wasted gas cause I had to drive all the way back and wait in line for 10-12 minutes. I don’t believe in one stars but this just really sucked.

This location always makes my sub right!! And the young man working tonight was very kind, great customer service.

The restaurant is now under new management, with friendly older staff welcoming customers. They also accept coupons now. The only downside mentioned was that the decor could use an update. Overall, Subway seems to have improved, and customers are encouraged to give it another chance. Wheelchair accessibility is also noted as a positive aspect of the restaurant.
