everytime something is missing and no one will answer the phone
Just waited over 30minutes for my order. Was not given my receipt upon paying so I didn’t know part of my order was wrong to begin with. Was given drinks no straws or spoons waited 15minutes then was handed wrong food then waited another 15 minutes or so to finally get my unknowingly half wrong food then still had to ask for straws and spoons. All the while I was asked to pull up while waiting an excessive amount of time already and when I ordered there was zero other vehicles...read full review
Had to wait for food and the got dried out buns on all 3 off my sandwich’s. Isn’t the first time and certainly not the last time I’m sure. Most of the time they aren’t wearing mask properly and no gloves. I have complained 5+ times and still not a single contact from them about my experience.
