Two soft serve cones cost $7.50, that’s astronomical. And the girl who took my order handed me a chocolate dipped cone when I asked for just a cone. When I said something about the mix up, She goes “This is the regular one”. I didn’t argue. I can go to the other local DQ for overpriced ice cream. Quick tip- the Thorntons on Lake and Gary has a soft serve ice cream machine for $1. Self serve and self checkout without any attitude. You’re welcome.

The moment I walked in, I smelled something similar to a rotting dead animal. They need to throw out the garbage can near the front door, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! Has anyone ever cleaned the wooden box that surrounds the garbage can? GEEZ LUIS! I NEVER WANT TO SMELL THAT AWFUL SMELL AGAIN!

Love their ice cream cones dipped in chocolate and definitely their blizzards are to die for. The prices are getting very high. For an ice cream cone I paid almost $5.00.

A nice local spot to grab a cold treat! The location is always clean and has some seating on the inside but most eat outside near there cars. Service is always great and people are friendly. You can go wrong with. DQ blizzard or soft serve cone!

Left without buying the 2 quarts of ice cream I was going to get. They wanted $9.00 for a quart. I told the clerk the cash register must have the wrong price. The one clerk called another DQ on Barrington Rd their price $4.99. The other clerk called the owner and he said the price was correct it's $9.00 a quart.. Quess I am not going to get the ice cream here. I?

The location is clean and near to the neighborhood. The staff is amazing. They explain everything and answer all outlr questions. The great thing is they will custom make EGGLESS CAKE.

it is always a great experience at the Roselle DQ. but I have to give a huge shoutout to their employee tonight. She was working so hard to fill the orders as fast as she possibly could! Tony check your shifts from 5/4 this evening. I think she said her name is Haley. She was an outstanding employee. I know the world is understaffed and she could have easily been frustrated at the never ending line, but she was working so hard and I just thought you deserved to know what a great job she was doing. I just thought she deserved a little shoutout!

I went in thinking they had their famously delicious hamburgers. I was so stoked. I did get a coffee and something small to eat anyway. The young lady turned something on to make us whatever we had.
