I came in and ordered food one of the employees gave me attitude while handing me my order around 6am the person was short black hair with glasses I dont know her name but it was awful experience I've had usually everyone is very friendly. But won't be coming back.

I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but I’ve noticed that their toasted food has a strange smell and taste. It’s almost as if the toaster isn’t being cleaned properly, leaving a burnt, stale, or even slightly rancid aftertaste on the bread. It’s especially noticeable with bagels and croissants. The flavor lingers and makes the food less enjoyable. I hope they improve their cleaning practices because it’s an issue that affects the quality of their food.
Doordashed from here and haven't been to this location physically and I won't be back. I live probably 5 min from here. My doordasher picked up my order and they forgot my munchkins, and I also got other donuts and they weren't the freshest and the hash browns tasted odd.

terrible location. more important to do nothing than even greet a customer. no apologies over wrong orders, and if you voice a complaint you get yelled over and insulted.
will be contacting corporate after this last experience. the entirety of the staff needs to be changed.

Parking: There are parking spaces there but usually the whole parking lot is full
Kid-friendliness: It’s a small location but there are some tables and chairs to sit at with kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doorways are very tight and there isn’t a lot of space inside.

Absolutely awful experience with the blond girl behind the counter. Service with a frown and snarky attitude. She didn't scan rewards app when I walked up to counter and wouldn't scan when she gave me the order. I'm deleting app and will use one of the many other breakfast fast food joints around. It's a shame because I stopped by Dunkin quite often.
