Went in for a door dash order that was supposed to be ready by 1:30, was not ready until 1:40pm. Took 3 customers before the customer who paid online. Please be more prepared in the future or discontinue door dash services.

Absolutely awful experience with the blond girl behind the counter. Service with a frown and snarky attitude. She didn't scan rewards app when I walked up to counter and wouldn't scan when she gave me the order. I'm deleting app and will use one of the many other breakfast fast food joints around. It's a shame because I stopped by Dunkin quite often.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I don’t post reviews. I figure people have off days sometimes. This place is completely ridiculous every time I come in. The manager w the multicolored hair makes it known when customers annoy her. I got that award today, because I ordered a box of joe and dozen donuts and I got to hear her complain about me, right in front of me about how this shouldn’t be ordered in the mornings they don’t have time for this…. I apologize for you not having time for my business. Time and time again I go in there her attitude is the absolute worst and the other staff under her poor leadership aren’t any better. The food is burnt or undercooked, it’s just sad.

Rude cashier ask for $2 medium coffee and charge me more. but I ask her why she charge me more if there is 3 signs that state the coffee is $2. All she says do you still want the coffee? And idk I just got here. where is her customer service.

honestly i hate this dunkin. never a pleasant experience. i'd say about 3 out of every 4 times i order here the coffee is just not what i ordered. It doesn't matter how many times i repeat the simple coffee that i want they will still mess it up. on the odd chance that they get it right it just tastes awful and sour like the filter hasn't been changed in days. there's a million things this dunkin location could be doing to make the quality even slightly better. safe to say they are not. unfortunate

Horrible customer service I made a $21 order and they had nothing we ordered can’t make frozen coffee, bacon was given to us raw, didn’t have bagels or craussants to make our sandwich…. This is not the first time they have screwed up an order… I would suggest not going to this location it should be closed.

The guy working today, 8/18, at 10:48am was the rudest person. First he didn't like that we wanted to add one more thing to our order and then he was pissed because our second iced coffee didn't ring up $2. He told my husband that it's on the receipt then closed the window on him. My husband told him again that it did not ring up $2 and he finally huffed and refunded us. Total grouch.

I am so bummed. This was my favorite Dunkin literally just a few weeks ago. I would come here and order ahead and everything was made perfectly and tasted great. I have come twice now in the last week and it's under different management I believe and different employees. Nothing against them but my food has been wrong both times I've been here since. It's honestly not that hard to look at a screen and get an order correct. Out of all the Dunkin's around this was the best. Now I'm going to have to try a different one completely out of my way. I hope they get it together soon to live up to the other management.

I always order a head here through the app and never had an issue with it not being ready on time. The drinks are always made according to whatever I submit online. Very small staff here usually one person working but they are always coming out to say hello and have a good day. The place is clean and the tables are sanitary.
