You know the food was good when you hope there are leftovers, but there is nothing left. Bill was very easy and nice to work with. Food was warm and on time. I highly recommend Head's Red BBQ. I know I will use them again.

Bill catered for our sons graduation party. The food was outstanding. The brisket and pulled pork were smoked/cooked for hours with a ton of flavor and VERY moist and tender. As for the chicken, not sure what rub Bill used but it was sweet, savory and delicious - my son said one the best hes had. All our guests commented on the food and asked for Bill's information. Please spare yourself having to look up and call caterers, I did that for hours to 15 caterers, just call Heads Red. You will not be dissatisfied. Bill even set everything up, brought serving utensils and bread. Oh, and Bill's servings are very generous. You WILL have enough food! Sides are incredible too. hank you Heads Red for making my sons party complete!
