Mr. A's Restaurant Reviews
Worst Service EVER and ANYWHERE I have ever been for holidays.
Mother’s Day 20 min wait for a table. Maybe 10 min wait to order. Then over 1 1/2 wait for food. They only fulfilled carry out orders
Best Ham Steak, delicious everything else. Highly recommend this breakfast and lunch place. I eat here when I can.
We love going to Mr A’s. Always so delicious and staff is terrific too. Very warm and friendly! Highly recommend the blueberry pancakes or waffles!

Mr. A's Restaurant offers a great dining experience with fast, accurate, and polite service. The extensive menu has something for everyone, and the food is consistently good. Highlights include the stuffed peppers soup on Fridays, hearty split pea soup with ham and homemade croutons, and delicious breakfast options featuring ham off the bone. The restaurant also serves a great Mediterranean salad, mini fillet sandwiches, and keeps coffee cups filled throughout the meal.
Customers appreciate the generous portions, with some dishes served so much food that you will not go hungry, and coffee cups are never empty. The home fries or American fries served in the skillet are a nice change from machine-made hash browns, and the pancakes often include blueberries, which can be requested. The staff provides terrific service, being friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable.
Mr. A's is a classic Rosemont spot with a friendly, local vibe. The menu is stacked with hearty options, and the portions are big enough to keep you full. Service is fast and personable, and the prices are reasonable considering the area. It's got that old-school neighborhood joint feel, and when you see cops eating here, you know it's gotta be solid.
