“Mackenzie did an excellent job checking me in. She set the tone for my stay to be very pleasant. She followed a script that let me know that she knows how to make a Titanium Member happy. I called later to ask if the M-Club was open for water and drinks and I was told no by the other lady working the front desk. When I returned to the hotel, Mackenzie told me that the M-Club was open for water and drinks. She did an excellent job!“

“Isaac is a great server. The prefix meal was a very good value today. The beef medallions are wonderful as is the sauce. The broccolini is great and the mashed potatoes are very good and the bread is always wonderful. They didn't open up the big beautiful room we were looking forward to, but that was okay because the other room still has a nice chandelier and more. The desserts are spectacular. Incredible birthday sparklers for our birthdays.“

“My spouse and I recently celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary at The Capital Grille, and it was an absolutely flawless experience from start to finish.
The service was spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly special, acknowledging our milestone with genuine warmth.
As for the food—it was phenomenal. Every dish was prepared to absolute perfection, from the perfectly seared, juicy steaks, (I had the 10oz filet oscar style with jumbo lump crab on top) to the decadent sides and desserts. I recommend the crab cake and lobster mac and cheese.
It’s rare to find a place that pairs world-class cuisine with such high-caliber hospitality so effortlessly.
The Capital Grille truly made our anniversary memorable. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend it for any special occasion!“
