We ordered $5 appetizers, bar pretzels and fried mushrooms. Then ordered a steak Medium rare and 2 baked potatoes to split between her and I. The steak was done perfectly with good seasoning at 11pm at night in a bar. Doc Holiday's reopened under new management. The first time we been here and it was perfect. The Bartender Cortney was a pleasure to deal with and took good care of my ? princess, who can be a handful. We will definitely be back to see them.
This place has food that tastes like it was made by the hands of an angel and drinks that are served with the perfect blend of swag and professionalism. Seriously, these bartenders are second to none. They are always striving to provide a good time with trivia, karaoke, and just enough shenanigans to keep it interesting (but not traumatic). I love rare steak. If you do too, then you know it's extremely hard to find a place that will actually cook your steak the way you want it. They did! It was perfect! Friendly staff too!
