A busy Sunday but we got seated fast. We had requested a booth. Icky a few minute wait. They had a two for $25 special. We had the cheddar and bacon chicken skillet. They gladly gave me cole slaw instead of the broccoli. Delicious! Salad was huge and very good. Chicken was tender. Sauce delicious. Great mashed potatoes. Very happy with it. Been many years since we've been to applebees since none are close to our home now. Definitely will stop again when we travel.Parking: Lota of parking even on a busy day

Used to be so good but their quality of food has changed. It's gotten cheaper but at a higher price but don't feel bad Applebee's you're not the only one. Everyone is doing it cheaper food at a higher price but I still patronize Applebee's. They have an excellent staff and excellent service. It's just the food is subpar

I am conflicted about this review. The service was excellent. The waitress was super nice and super honest. She let me know that the cook was new and she's already had two customers send back their steaks for not being done as requested.She told me to let her know if mine was not done as I requested, which it was not. She took it back and brought me a new one, which was done as I asked for and I ended up having an excellent meal.What really won me over was the fact that the waitress comped my entire meal as well as my appetizer. So, while the cook messed up, the kindness and honesty of the waitress made up for it. If you visit this location, I recommend trying to get Courtney C as a waitress.
Recently went to this Applebee's and was very pleased . We were seated promptly and waited on upon being seated . The appetizers were very good as was the meal we received !I will definitely return to this restaurant .
Snow storm brought us in, they were way understaffed due to the storm and call ins. They all did an awesome job, jumping in and doing jobs they don't normally do to keep the place running smoothly.Great team effort!!

They were busy...Our appetizers came after our main course, cold of course.Main course was less than good but the mashed potatoes I got were absolutely delish!
Went as a party of three, ended up leaving hungry and dissatisfied due to poor quality everything.Asked for a table and saw plenty available, but server ignored our request and proceeded to insist we sit at a booth. She then asked, as we're a bit on the bigger side, if we thought we'd all fit. Server talked with a very chipper attitude, but didn't act like she was actually paying attention to what we were asking?Food portions weren't worth the price, and somehow the plates were hot but food was lukewarm. Two of us ordered sodas that did not taste good, like the taps need cleaned. Their marinara sauce was almost like tomato paste, and upon receiving the check we'd seen that we'd been charged for mashed potatoes when she'd made no mention of the extra charge. And honestly, not to sound poor, but that feels like it makes a difference when the cheapest thing on the bill is a $3.50 drink.Had heard good things about Applebee's in general, though I guess they might've meant in Fairview. Won't be returning, or suggesting this location in particular.**Future edit; As for the link they replied to me with, I copied and pasted the link and all it did was take me to an error page. I'm unsure what that's supposed to do in terms of making up for undesirable service.

Asked for table server refused then sat next couple at table I asked about. Food very pricey. Sampler nasty. Portion size very small for big price. Was given choice on mashed potatoes without being told extra charge. Stale chips. Luke warm food. Definitely would not recommend. Still hungry when left. Spent 70.00 for 3 people with a lot of disappointment. First time trying a Applebee's and last. Then they send me a link that does not work

pasta sauce was literally like water….food was out for awhile before garlic stick….not very busy but slow….much better all around in Breese,
