I am conflicted about this review. The service was excellent. The waitress was super nice and super honest. She let me know that the cook was new and she's already had two customers send back their steaks for not being done as requested.She told me to let her know if mine was not done as I requested, which it was not. Recently went to this Applebee's and was very pleased . We were seated promptly and waited on upon being seated . The appetizers were very good as was the meal we received !I will definitely return to this restaurant .

Used to be so good but their quality of food has changed. It's gotten cheaper but at a higher price but don't feel bad Applebee's you're not the only one. Everyone is doing it cheaper food at a higher price but I still patronize Applebee's. They have an excellent staff and excellent service. It's just the food is subpar
