They take forever to attend you and on top of that they’re just joking around talking about how they mouth dry cuz of smoking weed. I don’t care if they do but please attend customers and don’t make them wait longer than expected.

No one came to the speaker. So I pull up. When she came to the window, she took my money but no food or change for 10 or 15 minutes. I checked my change and it was not right, almost $1.50 short. The recept was also short. After shouting repeatly for minutes but no response, I blew my horn then finally Melissa, I guess whose name was on the ticket, shouted back, very hostile, wait. Finally, I was issued a final corrective receipt and the correct change. It seem intential, if I had not checked my receipt. How many checks and just drive off.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This location is horrible. Ordered blackened chicken tenders they gave us the hardest pieces of chicken that were not blackened I have no idea what they gave us. My husband asked before he left and they swore up and down that was the correct item. The food was not even edible. This place sucks.

There’s always something going on with this place. Orders got held up because all of the front doors were locked for some reason. Takes 20+ minutes to fulfill an order using drive-thru. Don’t know what happened to this place. I don’t see myself coming back to this location.

Service is extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to get a 3x piece combo. Atmosphere is filthy and employees are disorganized.

This place freaking always disappoint... You try to give them a chance to prove you wrong but they never rise to the occasion. We talking about SOP (Standard operating procedures) and they can't do it. SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) are non existent. Uniforms non-existent. They wear dirty street clothes when they prepare your meals. Food not at proper temp and greasy after requesting cook to order... Food contact surfaces dirty, non food contact surfaces dirty... Like why you even show up... Im pissed I gave you my money.... Im ready to take you to court for $16

At this point, the owner needs to hire all new staffing or shut this place down. They never have most of the foods on the menu, the manager gets mad at the staff if they call off for any reason and forces them stay on leave for a week all because of one call off. So this causes most of the workers to quit they're always under staff. I stopped by today, and only one guy was working, and the line was super long. I do not work here, but the workers themselves are complaining, so to the owner, please step your game up and get new staff and a new manager, please! Worker wasn't taking in walk-ins because he's the only worker, but somehow his buddies can hang out on the inside. This place is just a damn mess!

I just gave a one star because I had to leave a review. This person took like 15 mn to make two sandwiches. It’s amazing . One of the ladies on the phone. Not ethical at all.

Do not eat here it made me and my husband sick just from eating the chicken .

Horrible. Offer you coupon to get you to order. Then delivered w/ missing coupon item. Refund nothing but coupon back on account. Bad. Then rice in red beans isn't edible hard raw like a rock. Yeah, I don't know. I worked for Popeyes 3× back in the day Park Forest. They were fine w/ me, but I already know how they go. & I also understand employees frustration having some mean customers.
