Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I am writing an updated review as I was to be refunded on 6/19 and never got my refund. I have sent an email to corporate and now handling with my bank. I would not suggest ANYONE ever eat here or trust this establishment. I will not rest or stop commenting until this has been resolved properly. Manager: Black male checked me out and asked others to remind him of the refund. We are 10 days past and no refund. I could have been nasty and got an attitude and remained calm professional and will not let this go.

Extremely slow! Was told a drive thru speaker to hold a moment and nearly ten minutes later they still hadn't taken our order. There was only one person that ordered before us and when I finally decided to leave there were no cars ahead of me at all. The one car who had ordered was parked in front of the building waiting on someone to bring his order out. I've had 3 bad experiences at this location and I've only been here 4 times.

The customer service is in the literal garbage. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Waited 30 minutes for party wings. Once inside the wings weren’t even in the grease. No sorry for wasting my time. Made me go back to the car to get a drink they were only to throw away in my face. I will never eat here again. My company has been a partner and we will never spend another dollar here.

Food decent, but count your chicken, this is the third time they have shorted me tenders.. and each time they give me 3 less. Food is too expensive for you guys to give customers less than what they pay.

Not gonna lie, it definitely gives that “you’re going to die for this chicken vibe” in the parking lot. I went last night and there crater potholes, and garbage everywhere. But the young and possibly albino young woman was kind and our food was fresh, well prepared, and delicious. So we give the murder chicken 10/10. For that visit anyways.

Throughout the past 10-12 years I’ve had a variety of positive and negative experiences at this particular Popeyes. But i wanna give them props today 5/20/2026. I visited at about 3pm. The woman working the drive through was prompt and very professional and i could hear and see her co workers working as diligently as her. My order was accurate and FRESH (i had a chicken sandwich, bbq wings and fried pickles). And the wait time was minimal. Great job crew! And thank you !

I stopped in on a Sunday to buy lunch for a crew of workers. Jasmine was friendly and helpful to get the right amount of food and best value. The location is clean and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The food ofcourse is great !

Im an older lady when i come here chicken is never ready. Its already noon and the chicken never ready and the bathrooms are never open. Management needs to do better
