I’m wondering why this DQ doesn’t follow the policy of if you don’t flip the blizzard upside down, you don’t get the next one free? Tonight a worker didn’t flip our blizzards so I asked, do we get them free next time? All she did was shake her head no. Did not say anything else. I don’t understand how you can advertise this on your signs, yet not follow it?

They are Amazing and they are willing to help!
We had a small incident in the Drive-Thru and was way down the road when we noticed a item was missing out of both of our lunch box meals. I called them up and explained what had happened and they were very polite and said we could come back and they would fix it. I explained we were already halfway to where we needed to be. So she politely took my name and phone number and said next time I'm that way she would replace...
