I’m wondering why this DQ doesn’t follow the policy of if you don’t flip the blizzard upside down, you don’t get the next one free? Tonight a worker didn’t flip our blizzards so I asked, do we get them free next time? All she did was shake her head no. Did not say anything else. I don’t understand how you can advertise this on your signs, yet not follow it?

We had a small incident in the Drive-Thru and was way down the road when we noticed a item was missing out of both of our lunch box meals. Later at the window, I just asked her to dip it in chocolate and took the dipped chocholate cone just because I don't want them to throw the chocolate cone.
