Due to illness, I do not get out much but I had the fabulous experience at benihana. I had a little bit of difficulty at the front where you check in but that was quickly rectified by Juan Carlos, the manager. I actually saw him helping out the servers, helping out the cooks and checking on all the tables making sure no one needed anything. The food was absolutely delicious my server was wonderful. I'm sorry I don't remember that young man's name as he was friendly,...

We had 6 adults and 4 kids (3 under 3) in our party. I don’t feel like the quality of the food or the service, was worth the over $700.00 we paid. It’s definitely overpriced in my opinion. The chef wasn’t very interactive and the service was slow.

Easily the best Benihana in the Chicagoland area I’m a member with the friends with benefits reward, and they were able to compensate me with my birthday account even though I couldn’t get the number( on friend with benefits end) the manager was so kind, came to me and honored the discount…and Dolly the waitress was absolutely the best I’ve ever had I can’t wait to come back. I would love to have her as my waitress again and of course a given the food was fantastic....
