They changed their “to go” packaging and the food I got for delivery was all soggy. Soggy chicken and soggy fries. Would not recommend ordering to go, dine is probably fine

There is a 10% up charge for ordering online!! The chicken is good, but it used to be better when they were under different management.

Over price, not as good as other k-chicken place, additional charge for credit card use. Chicken was pink last time, either under cooked or not so fresh.

It was our first time, unfortunately last time, too.
Been wanting to go there and try their best. We got chicken, dokkbuki, burger, french fries, kids food. Chicken was okay, but dokkbuki was not my fav.
Another important reason that we wont be back is that they dont have a diaper changing station. Basically me and my baby went outside and changed it in the car. As the weather was nice, we were good. If its cold outside, hungry people would get mad. I mean its a restaurant. How come?? It says that it is a mandatory to have a diaper changing station in Illinois.
Kid-friendliness: No diaper changing station

I visited this place on 10/9 at 1pm, eager to try their soy chicken gizzards since I’ve loved chicken gizzards since childhood. The food itself was fantastic—delicious, perfectly crunchy with a sweet, tangy flavor. However, I was told it would be mild, but it definitely had more heat than expected. I’m not sure if I was accidentally given the spicy version, but while I enjoy spicy food, others might find this a bit overwhelming if they’re expecting something mild.
Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. I initially ordered my food to-go, but after deciding to stay, I asked the server if we could dine in instead. She gave us a negative look and said, “To-go orders are supposed to leave.” Considering the restaurant was almost empty, with just two tables occupied, this response felt unnecessary. She eventually said, “I guess today it’s fine,” but her attitude made us feel unwelcome for the remainder of our visit. I had planned to tip, but the cold reception changed my mind. I’ve never experienced this at a restaurant, especially one that wasn’t busy. It left me unsure if I’d want to return.

They had me at the crispy light chicken tender pieces. I ripped them apart to cool them off a little and each was tastier than the next. I ordered the classic fried chicken tenders, side of pickled radish cubes. I also added a sauce on the side to dip into; soy garlic. Added the coleslaw fresh sweat and sour creamy flavor. Perfect with the chicken. Oh and don't forget the bulgogi fried rice . So good! Perfect Sunday dinner.

I got the honey garlic wings and my husband got the soy garlic gizzard. We also shared the Bulgogi Fried Rice. The chicken and gizzard were nice and crunch and the sauces were both very tasty. I loved the Bulgogi Fried rice. I would order all again!
It was nice and clean. The waiter and hostess(lady at counter) were both very friendly and helpful.

Delicious chicken tenders. Fresh, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The Kloud beer was icy cold and perfect with the chicken. We loved the soy garlic sauce. The coleslaw was an excellent side dish to complement the chicken. Quick, friendly service. We will be back.

Found this place by chance after a day of shopping and what a surprise. We’ve had Korean bbq before but never the chicken and this was just amazing. The bulgogi fried rice was incredible, both sweet and savory at once and so moist. The chicken was very flavorful and I was very happy to find waffle fries on the menu too. A great combination of flavors with friendly staff and we will definitely come back.

Do not sleep on this place! We wandered up after an exhausting IKEA visit & this was amazing food! The Bulgogi fried rice was phenomenal, there are 4 different potato choices (curly, waffle, steak, and French fries), and lots of chicken. We had original fried—delish! The pickled radish that comes with the chicken is to die for! Just come here if you like good food, served by friendly people, and super quickly.

Dined here multiple times and the food (wings, Tteokbokki, bulgogi fried rice) has always been hot and fresh, and the portions are definitely enough to share. Our server has also been great, he even ran out after us when we forgot our take away. Thanks again!

I love this place. I usually order to go but me and my husband are obsessed. 10/10 - everything on the menu is great. I wish they would sell the chicken burgers after lunch time. But seriously so good.

I'll be honest, I'm not typically a fan of fried chicken, but HOLY MOLY BAJEEBIES, their fried chicken is no joke! Garlic and Soy Chicken & Sweet Korean absolutely blew me out of the water. I wish I lived closer so I could eat this every day.
