“My boyfriend LOVED his bowl! (He got noddles, cheddar cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese). He loves mac&cheese and every time we come to Woodfield, I suggested this place, but he passed on it. I bet he regrets it now lol. My bowl was the same except I had ground beef. It was a little chewy and I didn’t get that many pieces. So I didn’t enjoy mine too much, but I’ll just get what my boyfriend gets next time. Still yummy and will return!“
“I almost hate to recommend this place because it is so good that I don't want everyone to find out and go there and then me not be able to get a table! The food was EXCELLENT, definitely a hidden gem. The servers were all very kind and efficient. Prices were quite reasonable for the great quality (and quantity!). It's a small restaurant with table service which I believe is first come, first served, and they also have a large freezer with many types of food off their menu that you can make at home. Seemed like there were quite a few people doing carry out as well. It is a cute place with lots of ethnic decor. I had the stuffed cabbage with a side of pierogi and my husband had a big platter with sausage, etc. - all delicious. The potato pancakes were perfect! We will definitely be back!“
“It was a pleasant experience to come here. I was skeptical if the place would live up to its branding as something unique but the dishes were not only tasty but created with care and were different from a regular Indian restaurant. Really enjoyed the chicken sandwiches, the tikka Botis, and even the butter chicken was delicious. I wish the roti were bigger. The waiter and server were concerned to make everything to our liking, we had friends who did not eat spice and they made sure to make their order according to how they liked it. As someone familiar with Indian cuisine, the spice was just right for me. They seemed to focus more on their dishes being flavorful rather than a spice hit, and I was glad to have it that way!“
