Employee in drive thru was trying to tell me not to use free survey coupon which is the only reason I went there is to redeem it, I had to rationale back to him that I’d rather pay like $1.23 for a topping with the free custard, than like $6 for the custard without redeeming the survey. Lol. Also the employee mumbled on the drive thru speaker and was like “are you using kids meal redemption?” But I didn’t hear it at first bc he mumbled it and I politely asked what he had said and he was like “never mind” in an annoyed way…. Unprofessional customer service skills Also he said the charge was $1.10 but actually it was $1.23 Sigh….

Mushroom and twist butter Burger was delicious and the fried shrimp are lightly battered and pretty good sized. Of course the frozen custard afterwards made for a perfect meal.

I am disappointed with the service I received on my birthday, as the staff was uncooperative and rude when I tried to claim my free scoop of ice cream. Despite previously getting my birthday scoop without any issues, they asked me to download the app and show an email for the birthday reward.

Always have good food and good service at Culver’s.
This Culvers is definitely the worst I've ever been to. The staff was extremely rude, and the food was nowhere near the Culvers standard. I am from Wisconsin, so the bar is set high, but they didn't even get close to being in view of the bar. If you like Culvers, I dont recommend eating at this restaurant, choose a different one. It almost made me never eat at Culvers again, which I never thought was possible, until eating here.
