I don’t often leave reviews on restaurants, especially chains, but I feel the need to today. As I was in the dining room waiting for my food Tuesday evening, one of the workers appeared to have had a medical episode and seemed to have collapsed. I have to commend the staff and particularly the managers for their quick response and handling of the situation. I believe they stopped taking orders so all employees would be available to help if need be. I don’t know what the policy is on responding to an emergency but the staff deserves more than a pat on the back for their responsiveness and their very clear concern, they probably saved that kids life. Kudos to them.

Their custard is not as good as most Culver’s, too icy. They seem to be skimping on the creamy goodness of the Wisconsin Culver’s locations. Given this location several attempts to make it right bride leaving this review.
They are always so nice. I came around 9:30, I know late but my friend was having pregnancy cravings. I apologized for the late visit too and they laughed and said they were happy to help. They are always so kind and very fast lol.
I ordered a large strawberry shake and 2 cheese curds. Total price was $17.77! The shake was sour, not sweet. and very small for $$7.22. The size was a medium to me. I don't know how restaurants will survive in these times. The cheese curds were good but salty. I wouldn't go there again for almost $18.

For a fast food joint, Culver's is definitely the best and unique place out of everything else. Their butter burgers have amazingly soft and plush buns, very buttery and heartwarming. Their cheese fries are amazing too and my mother loves eating them and craves them time to time. The service is great and fast. Takes around 2-3 minutes to receive your food. Ambience is basic but not unpleasant. Besides that, if you plan to work here, the pay is very good, and has good benefits as well. Food is great and fresh most of the time. Definitely try this place at least once if you've never been.

Messing up our order every time, charging us more for stuff I didn't order. I.e. giving us a double when we order a single, giving us deluxe when we order ketchup only.
