Horrible service! I asked for an order and didn’t even receive what I wanted and they didn’t offer to make it again. Also asked for chocolate glazed and they gave me a regular chocolate frosting, asked to replace it and they walked away.

This Dunkin’ Donuts at the Woodfield Mall it’s by one of the main exist , by the Parking Lot “E” ..and “Macy’s Garage” I always park my car on the parking lot E so it’s easy to remember where I park my car because of DD and I have an excuse to grab a “Late”on the way in ..and another one on the way out ! LOL , love how clean is this location and how friendly the stuff are, I recommend this location 100%.

Came in Wednesday at 10am and didn't get my coffee and food until 10:20 and I was the first and only person he was as working on because he didn't take the other people's orders at all. He just sat and talked on the phone with several minute breaks between each action. He could not have been slower. After he gave me my coffee I had to remind him about my food. He then begins to prepare my food on an old and burnt (with burnt food on it) parchment. I had to interject once again and ask for a new parchment. He absolutely wasted my time and I couldn't be more disappointed. One iced coffee and 2 wake up wraps that were mobile ordered took 20 minutes. I feel horrible for the other people in line. It pains me because this location has stronger coffee than others but this happens quite often with the same guy. I come here every day but I might just go elsewhere so I dont waste my time.
Went here to get a quick coffee and it wound up taking about 20 mins. ?♂️? While I can appreciate the fact that the person was working by themselves I DO NOT appreciate the fact that this gentlemen was preparing food and drink and not wearing gloves. Which is especially gross given our current Pandemic.

Coffee is never fresh! They never wanna make a fresh pot, until all the old coffee is sold! Be ware! How hard is it to brew a fresh pot for a customer, it’s not like I asked for a loan! Just fresh coffee!!! Poor customer service!!!
