I usually count on Dunkin’ for a friendly pick-me-up—whether it’s their reliable iced coffee, simple breakfast wraps, or classic donuts. For many, especially in Boston, Dunkin’ isn’t just a chain—it’s a nostalgic staple that comforts in its familiarity and consistency .

That said, not every visit is flawless. Some customers have experienced inconsistent drinks—like a latte missing espresso, incorrect sizes, or lids that don’t stay on, leading...

I stop here about once a month for an iced coffee and donut. The food and drinks are always great and my order is correct but better yet the service in the drive-thru is top notch. They always greet me, confirm my order and wish me a great day. I can’t tell you how many places I go through the drive up and the employees don’t even acknowledge you which is soooo frustrating but, not here!
