Great food and servings. Lots of variety and specials to choose from. Reasonable pricing. Nice presentation of meals.
Food came out in such a way that some had to wait too long while others didn't want to start eating out of respect for those that hadn't been served. Some drinks were forgotten. One order was wrong and it took way too long to bring the right order.
Free entree offer was very enticing. My wife had Cajun Jambalaya and I had Pot Roast. Both were excellent.
My friends and I had dinner yesterday night , we were celebrating a birthday. Our waitress ,Ashley was friendly, attentive the whole time. Food was good and drinks delicious ! Overall a great experience.
Went there for Fathers Day and we had a new server (Jack) so being that he was fresh off training and on a busy day I cant knock him at all. Very friendly and he was definitely doing his best and hustling, so hats off to him. The food, however, I will say it was just mediocre. We had the chicken tenders meal and millionaire bacon burger w/loaded waffle fries. "Loaded" was a term and not reality. There was almost no cheese on it, so unless you like dipping them in sour cream it wasn't worth it. The burger was OK, was cooked right but the lemon aioli lacked any real flavor. Bacon was thick but a little to tough for my tastes. For the tenders they were pretty dry as they probably want you to use their version of Raisin' Canes sauce, which they also failed at. It's still a very nice place for a high-end chain and still maintains that level of general ambiance, but when I go back again it will likely be for the bar/beer and not the food.
Was sat in the back area where larger parties ended up filling g the space. There was only 3 on our party so not sure why we were sat back there. Wasn't cleaned and appeared initially to be where the staff would take a break. There were two different but long periods of something foul smelling that was in the air; didn't seem to be food related like a fish or some cheeses that can odoriferous. I've eaten several times and have been satisfied with our experience but last night was rather disappointing. I was hoping to make this a regular spot with my two friends but they decided against coming back...
Our food came out barely warm. Service sucked. Couldn't even say anything because our server was never around. We won't be back again.
Food and drinks were hit or miss. Bloody Mary's hit on spicy miss on flavor, hazy IPA sidecar was delicious. Pretzel appetizer was the best I have had around, Brussel sprouts appetizer was too saucy and had a slightly burnt flavor. Chicken tenders were very salty and slightly dry, crinkle cut and waffle fries were both good. Fish tacos were awesome! Chicken Alfredo, chicken was dry and difficult to chew or cut through and sauce was thin. French onion and Northen and Cheese soups were both hits! Service was great but slow.

This was a great pick up meal on Taco Tuesday. If you haven't tried $10 Taco Tuesday, you are missing out on a great value meal! The service from an app order was great and on time. Unfortunately we live a bit far to visit more frequently, but always have been happy about the food and service.

Our chicken dishes were not seasoned. The waiter was jumpy and kept reaching over our table.
How is this place 4-stars? Is chicago that desperate for food?
Service was awful - we waited for 30+ minutes to place an order. Drinks were empty and it took 15-20 minutes for a new beer order to arrive. We asked for spoons for a shared cookie and they never came - we asked 3 more times and received two spoons for a table of 6. Sodas were never refilled once during the visit.
We ordered a bunch of appetizers - they were unbelievably mid; borderline bad. Toast for the artichoke dip was burned. Artichoke dip was oily and waxy. Loaded Idaho nachos were dry and bland; we could only taste the green onions. Flatbread pizza crust was stale and lifeless. Toppings were waxy.
The millionaires burger was overcooked to death; the bacon was hard as a rock and the bun was stale.
TLDR; Our server was atrocious; the food was awful and the prices were insane for the low-level quality.
Absolutely go anywhere else other than here. (We went on a quiet Monday night)
