Excellent pleasant server is always a bonus. Food was very good with lots of choices. Felt right at home with good comfort food.

Our waiter was very slow this time. We continually had to ask for water, extra napkins . He seemed very overworked. I ordered flatbread and it was not very hot. Disappointed this time and I have been coming to the restaurant for years!

We were catching up with old friends and took a long time to order. Appreciated our server's patience and her attention to make sure we were ok.

The food was excellent. The waiter was efficient and stayed engaged. The ambience was energizing.

An overall nice experience at Granite City in Schaumburg. We sat outside on the patio, which was nice on a Saturday evening. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We ended up with a bison burger and the chicken bruschetta salad for our entrees. We will consider dining here again next time in Schaumburg to try other things on the menu.

Food was good, but we got our entree a couple minutes after we got our appetizer which didn't give us much time to eat the appetizer

Our waitress. Molly was awesome. Very attentive. My food, however, was barely edible. I had the beef melt and made it through the first half with difficulty. I left the rest. It was too salty.

The waitstaff made the experience excellent! They were attentive and anticipated our requests. Menu selections were varied and enticing. The chocolate cake is awesome! Prices are reasonable.

The manager and staff were arguing. The manger kept itching his ARMPIT! Very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Delicious food in a nice, clean restaurant! We sat at the bar and received excellent service from Michael. We will definitely be back!

We ordered a flight combo and we only liked 1 out of the flight. The apple was the best. This is why I graded the food a 4. Other than this everything was great. We had a reservation but we able to get in earlier.

I received a gift card for $15 in the mail, never went here before. I saw the reviews and was hesitant. However I decided to try since I had the gift card. I did not dine in, I took it to go. I ordered the chicken Tuscano and it was sooo good and had all the feels. The chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, tomatoes and with the garlic butter, amazing. Also I got THREE chicken breasts. I was shocked by the quantity as I have enough for 2 meals and they didn't give you a normal Styrofoam to go box. It was an aluminum box so by the time I got home it was still warm. I don't drink but the inside from when I grabbed my food was very nice and good ambiance. Not sure why there are some low reviews. I'd order what I got again.

Scheduled party of 6- birthday - arrived on time- I refused to sit two feet next to the folks sitting at the bar- was told they had no waiter for the other area. Service was mediocre at best..bordering on terrible- food very average-chicken pot pie looks nothing like the photo and tastes even worse. asked waiter to find out from the kitchen what was used in the pot pie to give such an odd yellow color and taste. His reply” he didn’t know”!Waiter never came to refresh drinks/ nor ask if we wanted dessert..even though the reservation was for a birthday. After I mentioned it again, a dessert came with one spoon.we had to request a few extra spoons 3 times…..one waiter stepped in to improve the situation Also, a chair at our table was so weak we had to move it aside for concern, it wasn’t safe to sit on
