Moretti's Ristorante and Pizzeria

I was there yesterday and I wasn’t too happy with the service and food. I ordered a 12 inch pizza and Cesar salad. Upon ordering with the waiter, I requested for the Cesar dressing in the side as I don’t like it to be moist, the lettuce itself. Well I didn’t get that. Since the FIFA game it seemed busy, the waiter in the middle where the bar is was helping people with drinks and also helping others around the bar area so I think he was just overwhelmed is my guess. Also, no forks on the table but even then the dressing wasn’t on the side when requesting for it upon ordering and I couldn’t even finish it because I don’t like moist salad and then the pizza did have enough sausage.
Overall, I think that someone should have helped him out with orders in the middle as I saw a few waitresses standing around and would received my ordered correctly the way it was ordered. The waiter was nice but I think he was definitely overwhelmed as it got busier. I don’t think I will be returning to this location unfortunately.

I was at the Schaumburg restaurant with 10 other people in our party. Alli was our server. She was amazing. Not only did we have a large party but we had a few requests and she took care of us perfectly!!!

Absolutely terrible. Not only did they promise to give us the quietest section (my father is hard of hearing) but put us right by the entrance where it was super loud. They also messed up multiple orders, bringing us the wrong food. Particularly an issue, they put pepperoni under the cheese in a vegetarian deep dish, which was upsetting for our vegetarian family members.

The server kept on asking how to help, but then running off after getting one request. So we had to ask for one thing at a time,and wait five minutes.

Really disappointed.

The food was fantastic as always.

Getting worse and worse

We drove out of our way to get their special on a Tuesday. We ordered our pizzas but realized we weren’t given the half price Tuesday deal pricing. We bought enough and it was a take out order. Be careful when you order and check your receipts.
