We are disappointed in how our rehearsal dinner turned out. Moretti’s shouldn’t advertise that they do private events. When I spoke to them on the phone, I told them that we wanted the most private room. They switched us from downstairs to upstairs on the day of the event, making it seem like it would be more private or an upgrade. Instead, it was not private at all. We had a little curtain on one side that gave barely any privacy. Bar bingo had to take an intermission so that my sister could give her speech- The ENTIRE restaurant heard her speech over the speakers. Not what I wanted for her. Also, the manager tried telling us that we owed over $1,000, but thankfully I had the email thread to show otherwise. The manager tried to sneak extra gratuity out of us but we remembered it was included in our event contract. All around, not a good experience & it sucks that’s how our rehearsal dinner turned out. Don’t book anything here. They’ll make you think you’re getting a great, feasible option but then change things up on you last minute and try to sneak more money out of you.
Music to loud ! Cant have conversations! We came to eat! Food has gotten average! Servers pleasant however not well trained! We have come over 10 years! Since covid quality has been going down!
The Vegan pizza on a gluten free crust was delicious! My gluten free friend said the gluten free crust is the best she has had, cooked to perfection. My other friend enjoyed the pasta pomodoro. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Thank you for offering a Vegan pizza on the menu and for making it so good.
Made reservations for Easter lunch and was happy to get a round table for our party of six. Special limited menu but was grateful they let us get an appetizer off the normal menu too. The onion rings, bam bam shrimp, Chicken Romano and Halibut were outstanding- but two of the dishes came way later than the other orders which was disappointing. My daughter got the vegan pizza - would NOT recommend it. Unless you're sticking to pizza expect to pay $30 pp or more. Wasn't crowded which was wonderful for our family celebration.
For the restaurant being so busy (40 minute wait without a reservation) it was surprisingly not that loud. It took a while to get our drinks, especially from the bar; the soft drinks were understandable. The beer, however, we had to ask for 3 times. We finally got it and everything with the orders was perfect. The food, being it was on half-price Tuesday, came out quite quickly.
My husband enjoyed the Spaghetti combo. He liked the meatball better than the sausage. The eggplant was delicious. Portions were generous.
Joe was great as our server! Pizza was especially good that night cause it wasn't that busy. Often on busy Tuesdays, the pizzas are rushed & not as good.
Great Happy Hour. Attentive service with tasty brussel sprout appetizer and cheese with crispy bacon pizza. Wine was a good value with average pours.
Great food and appetizers and a great server Edgar who made sure we had everything we needed.
The Chicken Romano was very good. The Caesar salad was poor. Dressing was tasteless, limited Parmesan cheese, and lettuce mostly white. The burger was very good and unlike a lot of gluten free buns, it held together. We were seated by the slot machines that made the ambience quite unpleasant.

We’ve been going to Moretti’s Rosemont for kids NYE since 2019. For 2024 they said they will no longer be doing it. We decided to book for Schaumburg. The venue had awkward seating, not the layout that would be appropriate for a dancing area for the kids. The area for them to dance was really small, wasn’t cleared (had stacked chairs in a corner), and had a huge structure post on there that took up most of the space. Again, small area for kids to dance in. The food was buffet style and not to the table like the Rosemont location. While waiting in line they were out of all the pizza. I would’ve thought that as they see it dwindle they would bring some out right away but that wasn’t the case. When it was time for the ballon drop there were 6 big balloons with little ones inside. Its always so fun for the kids! They only popped 3. Everyone was left standing there wondering about the others. Turns out they were saving it for the next dinner. Overall it left a bad taste and as fun as this tradition was for our family this made us realize we won’t be doing this again. I never write reviews but this one was necessary as it was just really disappointing. I think it’s a good venue for adults but not suitable for kid events
We had triple cheese Asiago stuffed crust pizza tonight! It was literally one of the best pizzas we’ve had. Sooo fresh and piping hot! We will definitely be back. Alan V was a great server too!

Not what it used to be. As a long time customer we were disappointed in our most recent experience. After moving from Chicago we miss the food greatly but Moretti’s didn’t provide what we remembered. The service was poor, once seated we didn’t see a server for a long time and then was inconsistent. Food came quickly but was only warm not hot, should have sent it back. To top it off Moretti’s charges a surcharge to use a credit card. This is a cost of doing business and should be absorbed especially on a $100 plus check.
Parking: Large free shared lot.
